We’re so excited to have you join us for our Strong for Summer Challenge 2025. This 28 day journey will help you to feel stronger, more energised, and more connected to your body. And, it’s just in time for summer.
Whether you’re already active or just getting started, this challenge is designed to meet you where you are. It will help you build strength, resilience, and confidence through midlife and beyond.
From 1st – 28th June, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
With Kate Rowe-Ham leading your strength, nutrition from Kate and Katie Skrine, and yoga led by our expert trainer Libby Stevenson this challenge isn’t about restriction, overtraining, or chasing unrealistic goals. It’s about moving in a way that supports your changing body, nourishing yourself with intention, and showing up consistently – however that looks for you. We will also have sessions from guest trainer Hannah Barrett too.
With sessions including fitness and strength training, live nutritional meal prep, and online yoga sessions, this challenge is built to help you truly own your menopause experience.
