The January Habit Changing Challenge is a 4-week guided experience designed to help you build sustainable habits around movement, nutrition, and mindset, the kind that create real change and carry you confidently into 2026.

Led by Kate Rowe-Ham, founder of Owning Your Menopause, and Pauline Cox, nutrition and wellness expert, this challenge combines daily movement, live nutrition coaching, and mindset support to help you take control of your health, without overwhelm, guilt, or unrealistic goals.

  • Full Price: £40 (20th to 31st December)

  • The challenge runs only in January, no extensions. Catch-ups on all classes available after sessions.

Each week focuses on a clear theme and goal, supported by structured workouts, live sessions, and recovery practices to help you feel stronger, more energised, and more consistent than ever. You’ll learn how to:
