You’ll find Kate offering multiple live workouts in the app each week as well as interviewing guest speakers on all manner of relevant topics.

Dr Katie Armstrong is the Founder of Clinic51 where she offers a holistic approach to women’s health. Katie firmly believes that we should not have to be at the mercy of our hormone. Women should continue to be happy and healthy, throughout their reproductive life, through the menopause, and beyond.

As well as a being a practising GP, Katie also trained with Dr Louise Newson, The British Menopause Society and The Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She offers access to the safest and most effective evidence-based treatments.

Dr Katie offers informative sessions live and on demand on all aspects of medical care in midlife.

Katie is a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is also a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer. She is registered with both the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT)

Katie offers app members monthly interactive nutritional check ins. She also offers information sessions with Kate on all areas of nutritional health in midlife. Katie also teaches a live Power Conditioning class on a Wednesday morning and fills in for Kate as required.

She specialises in fitness programs tailored to the unique needs of women across all life stages, with a focus on building confidence, strength, and resilience. Meera’s holistic approach addresses not just physical fitness but also the hormonal and lifestyle challenges many women face. Her mission is to inspire and guide women toward sustainable, transformative health journeys in a way that honors individuality and culture.

Meera teaches a live Superset Sweat class on Monday mornings and fills in for Kate as required.

Through a combination of conscious breathwork, ice bath immersion, and somatic healing techniques, she empowers individuals to release stored stress, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate lasting emotional and physical balance. Anna Marie’s work is rooted in compassion, presence, and a belief in the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right tools and space

Libby is a yoga instructor specializing in women’s health, with certifications in prenatal, postnatal, and menopause yoga. She is also a specialist trainings in pelvic floor health and bone
Health.

Her degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Therapeutic Wellbeing, give her a strong
foundation in anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience. Through her academic background and her yoga teacher training, she demystifies the effects of yoga on the body and mind. She makes it clear, relatable, and accessible for all abilities. As a result, she is an award winning social media content creator. She has also been featured in a number of national newspapers and in women’s magazines both online and in print.

As a member of the British Menopause Society, Libby is passionate about using yoga as a
holistic approach to managing menopause symptoms. Yoga is also a tool for navigating this life
stage with self compassion and greater peace. Through her teachings, she empowers women to deeply understand their bodies, navigate the changes of menopause with confidence. She helps women to discover how yoga can support and ease their symptoms. Libby also shines a light on the many holistic strategies that enhance overall health and well-being. This helps women move through this transition with strength, knowledge, and selfcare.

Libby teaches a live yoga class on Thursday evenings.

Tamu is an Advanced Teacher of the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method. She also holds teaching certificates in Ashtanga Yoga and Pilates. She is also a qualified Nutrition Advisor and works as a Wellbeing Practitioner in schools.

Tamu believes in embracing the ageing process, while having lots of fun in a healthy, strong, natural and beautiful way. Face Yoga can help us do exactly that, through the practice of self care, facial exercise, massage and wellness. It is so much fun watching one’s skin, face and neck glow, lift and strengthen, purely through daily face yoga practice.

Eloise has been an NHS GP in Southwest London for more than a decade. As part of her broader practice she has a particular interest in women’s health. She trained at Bristol University and before settling in London, spent a year doing obstetrics and gynaecology in Perth, Western Australia.  Eloise loved this experience and it sparked her passion for women’s health. Together with this, she holds the diploma in family planning and obstetrics and gynaecology and is a contraceptive coil and implant fitter.

She has a particular interest in postnatal health and menopause and is an advanced menopause specialist.

Together with Dr Katie, Eloise offers monthly information webinars on a variety of medical topics that impact women in midlife.

Cancer Care and Exercise Specialist and Breast Cancer Rehab Coach

Sarah Newman is a Cancer & Exercise specialist and Breast Cancer Rehab Coach. Sarah founded ‘Get Me Back’ to offer specialist fitness training for women affected by cancer. Experiencing first-hand the benefits exercise had on her own cancer recovery. She wanted to create an accessible place where women could feel safe exercising following their diagnosis. She aims to provide clear and specialist advice for those in need, offering a positive place to share experiences, regain body confidence and strength.

Sarah teaches a live cancer recovery exercise class fortnightly on Tuesday mornings.

Sarah also offers a stand-alone programme for those recovering from cancer called the Breast Cancer Recovery Programme which is available alongside app membership.

Dance Teacher

Claudia was a professional dancer for around 15 years.  She danced for huge artists like Kylie Minogue, Pet Shop boys, George Michael, Eric Prydz and many more, appearing on TV, videos, trade shows. Now she teaches Spin Barre along with private PT clients. Claudia teaches Body2TheBeat which is a dance based fitness class for all levels.

Yoga Teacher

Victoria is a yoga teacher with more than 15 years of teaching vinyasa yoga. She has worked in studios such as Triyoga and more recently on Trinny Woodall’s plaforms. Her aim is for everyone to develop a strong, steady, balanced and joyful way of moving and state of mind, both on and off the mat.

Victoria teaches a Saturday morning stretch class three times a month.
