The January Habit Changing Challenge is a 4-week guided experience designed to help you build sustainable habits around movement, nutrition, and mindset, the kind that create real change and carry you confidently into 2026.

Led by Kate Rowe-Ham, founder of Owning Your Menopause, and Pauline Cox, nutrition and wellness expert, this challenge combines daily movement, live nutrition coaching, and mindset support to help you take control of your health, without overwhelm, guilt, or unrealistic goals.

What to Expect

  • Breathwork and recovery sessions with Anna

  • Catch-ups available after each live session, so you’ll never miss a thing

  • Full Price: £40 (20th to 31st December)

  • The challenge runs only in January, no extensions. Catch-ups on all classes available after sessions.
