What This Challenge Is About

This 4-week guided experience was designed to help you build habits that last, without overwhelm, guilt or restrictive rules. Each week combines:

  • Guided movement (strength, conditioning, HIIT, yoga)

  • Nutrition focus and live coaching

  • Mindset support to make habits stick

  • Flexible catch-up options so you’re never behind Owning Your Menopause

Whether you’re in perimenopause, post-menopause, or just want a fresh start to your health this year, this challenge supports you through movement, nutrition and mindset foundations.
